Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Shao Shing
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Black vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop ginger and garlic, cut the green onion in half, and chop the white part to be included with the garlic and ginger to saute
    Chop the green part to be added at the end during the plating
  • In a skillet saute the ginger, garlic, and onions, add the ground pork and saute until the pork renders fats
    Add the following ingredients shaoshing, soy sauce, black vinegar, dark soy, and pepper
    Continue to saute until it dries out
  • In a bowl combine 1 tbsp of sesame paste or tahini, 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tbsp of chili oil garlic 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp water then mix
    This part can be done in a saucepan if wishes to be warm and adjust the consistency by adding a small amount of water then finish by adding pepper
  • In a pot add water enough to cook 2 to 3 packs of ramen, Cover and let it boil
    If prefer to add vegetables for siding, blanch the desired veggies before adding ramen to the boiling water
    Cook the ramen according to the package and drain
    Transfer to a plate with sauce first then the noodles a tbsp of sauce on top and green onions

Notes

This recipe is very delicious and a lot of ingredients are required but in my version, I just use the ingredients that are available at home
