Typically Combine with variety of fruits and can pick a personal preferences and seasonal availabilty. Adding cheese add extra flavour to the taste. Fruit salad mixture with International Ingredients but invented in the Philippines and it’s literaly taste like ice cream in solid form.

Fruit salad

Fruit salad is a versatile and refreshing dish dish that normally consist of variety of fruits depends on the season, often mix with syrup and dressing but this filipino style fruit salad is combined with cream and condense milk for extra and totally diffrent flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 l 35 percent whipping cream
  • 380 g Condense milk 1 small can.
  • 250 g Cheddar Cut into small cubes.
  • 200 g Stilton cheese Cut into cubes.
  • 1 lb Grapes Cut in the middle.
  • 1 lb Strawberry Cut in quarter
  • 1 Small jar nata de coco
  • 4 cups Mandarin orange in syrup Drain and wash with water to lessen the syrup or sugar.
  • 1 can Fruit cocktail Drain and wash with water to eliminate or lessen the syrup taste.

Instructions
 

  • Soak the fruits in water with salt or baking soda to properly clean the fruits and drain let it dry then cut accordingly.
  • In a bowl combine all the fruits and pour in the cream and condense milk.
    Cream can be whip using mixer if available.
    Mix thoroughly and add all the chesses, mix and serve.
